14,181 Volunteer Hours Were Recorded in 2008! Awesome!!!

In the centennial year, the college community pledged 10,000 service hours. This service commitment is a visible expression of the mission of the college.. Many students, faculty, staff and alumni gave their time to a multitude of service projects every day in a variety of ways.

This a remarkable achievement. And one that is worth repeating. So let’s match or surpass 14,181 volunteer hours! Let’s set our sights on 15, 000 hours!

There is a variety of ways for you to help DYC reach this goal.

• Volunteer today for college sponsored projects. Check out the Community Service page for current volunteer opportunties. Let’s make a positive impact in our community!
• Volunteer or continue to volunteer for community agencies of your own choosing.
• Join the Give 100 Team. Make a personal pledge to volunteer 100 hours! For more information visit the Give 100 page.

You can record your community service hours online or provide Campus Ministry with a statement of service.  Your hours will be logged into a volunteer databank.
